In March 2013, The Hut Group acquired Exante Diet, a £3M revenue per annum weight management website. We led the post-merger integration and advised on strategy, operations and the new product go-to-market plan.
Exante Diet grew more than 100% year-on-year to £6.5M per annum, driven by new product development (10+ new products launches), addition of new marketing channels and data-driven site optimization.
The Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet's Strategy and Delivery Division in Australia conducts a wide range of projects in domestic policy on complex longer-term Government priorities and emerging challenges of a cross-departmental nature, spanning agencies, jurisdictions or sectors of the economy.
We were asked to design a system for the Prime Minister and Cabinet's Strategy and Delivery Division to ETL, model and present data without the need for manual reporting.
We designed a data specification and database process flow to consolidate information from several government departments for the Prime Minister's Office. We also developed a cross-platform application that could deliver electronic reports to the Prime Minister and Cabinet's iPads, improving departmental efficiency and enabling better strategic decision-making.

Headspace asked us to design and implement a data warehouse solution to organise information from operational systems, payment gateways, and SaaS platforms.
We developed an API and an internal analytics platform for sales and business development teams, and external dashboards for partnerships and clinical research.
